**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on hotel equipment and systems.
- Respond promptly to guest requests and maintenance issues in guest rooms and public areas.
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical, plumbing, and HVAC problems.
- Maintain records of daily maintenance activities and repairs.
- Ensure compliance with safety and health regulations.
- Assist with renovations, remodeling, and other special projects as assigned.
- Report any major repair needs or potential hazards to the Chief Engineer.
- Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.
- Ensure cleanliness and order in maintenance areas and mechanical rooms.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
