**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee daily field operations, ensure project timelines are met, and report on progress to senior management.
- Manage and coordinate all activities related to the **Smart City project.**:

- Work closely with contractors, vendors, and government authorities to ensure compliance with project standards.
- Conduct site inspections, identify potential issues, and troubleshoot as needed.
- Ensure health and safety regulations are strictly adhered to on-site.
- Plan and manage material logistics, resources, and labor.
- Interpret and implement technical designs and plans, making adjustments on-site as necessary.
- Coordinate with engineers, architects, and other project stakeholders for smooth project execution.
- Document project progress, site conditions, and any changes or deviations in project plans.

**Requirements**:

- **Educational Qualification**: Bachelor's Degree/**Diploma in Electrical Engineer.**:

- **Experience**:2 -4 years of experience as a Site Engineer/Field Engineer, preferably in Smart City or urban development projects.

**Technical Skills**:

- **Experience with IOT Devices.**:

- **Familiarity with Smart City concepts and the use of technology in urban infrastructure.**:

- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and technical documents.
- Proficient in project management tools and software (AutoCAD, MS Project, etc.).

**Additional Requirements**:

- Must have a valid driving license and **own vehicle** for site visits.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to managing issues.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with stakeholders at all levels.
- Fluency in both **Tamil and English** (spoken and written).
- Familiarity with Puducherry’s local areas, road networks, and relevant infrastructure.
