The Supervisor - Telecom Solutions role reports within the Koch Global Services (KGS) India organization, Bangalore which operates under the under the legal entity name, Koch Business Solutions India Pvt Ltd. The purpose of this position is to provide people leadership, management, and guidance to the new capability in Telecom that Koch Global Services is growing in India.

A Day In The Life Could Include:
(Job responsibilities)
- Lead a team of individual contributors at various experience levels, working in one or more Telecom functions/solutions.
- Partner with the functional leads in various global regions on a regular basis, build a strong relationship and interface with business as need arises.
- Responsible for hiring, performance, competency and compensation management of the team.
- Act as a culture carrier for the organization
- Conduct regular 1:1s with his/her reportees and provide valuable feedback from time to time
- Ensure that teams are always aligned with business goals, adequately staffed, trained, workload managed and overall functioning and productivity is improved over time.
- Participate in trainings, workshops as required by the organization.
- Drive changes within the team that the organization assigns based on need from time to time.
- Act a influencer to business decisions and drive down the message to the reporting line.
- Be flexible to adapt to business/organizational changes that may occur from time to time.
- Foster a culture of team bonding and togetherness.
- Attend meetings, sessions, etc. during US hours to stay connected with the functional leads, stakeholders, etc.

What You Will Need To Bring With You

(experience & education required)
- Highest level of integrity, ethics, compliance and an open minded working culture.
- Overall, 9 - 11 years of Telecom experience and at least 4 + years in managing/leading teams in a global environment
- Bachelor’s degree in technology related field
