
Sales Operations Executive

**Responsibilities & Requirement**:
- Oversee the interaction and bridge any gaps w.r.t communication, data, claims and policies between multiple stakeholders
- Managing processes, following SOPs and maintaining good relationships with the immediate stakeholders to get the required work done, in time.
- Good communication skills and fluent in English are required to interact with different people across departments
- Should be having decent MS office/G Suite skills and be able to perform intermediate word, powerpoint, and excel functions like lookup, match, index, sort, filters, formatting, data validations and tables
- They need to have the overall vision of the process/account while maintaining an intimate knowledge of every department and job role involved in their operational processes.
