**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in **managing and streamlining** the sales process to improve efficiency.
- Support the sales team with **CRM management, reporting, and data analysis**.
- Coordinate with **marketing, finance, and project teams** to ensure smooth lead conversion.
- Track and analyze **sales performance metrics** to provide actionable insights.
- Handle **client communications, follow-ups, and documentation** related to sales transactions.
- Assist in preparing **sales presentations, proposals, and reports**.
- Ensure compliance with **company policies, pricing structures, and contracts**.
- Maintain **sales records, client databases, and MIS reports** for better decision-making.

**Requirements**:

- **Bachelor’s degree** in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- **3+ years** of experience in sales operations, preferably in **residential construction projects**.
- Proficiency in **CRM software, MS Excel, and other sales tracking tools**.
- Strong **analytical skills** and attention to detail.
- Excellent **communication and coordination skills**.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
