**Job Title**: Purchase Executive
**Location**: Nashik

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement efficient procurement processes to meet organizational requirements.
- Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers and evaluate their offerings based on quality, pricing, and reliability.
- Manage supplier relationships, negotiate contracts, and ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
- Oversee purchase billing, estimation, and maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and other essential data.
- Collaborate with various departments to understand their procurement needs and provide cost-effective solutions.
- Ensure inventory levels are optimized and align with project timelines and budgets.
- Conduct site visits and work-related travel as needed to oversee procurement activities and validate requirements.
- Assist Directors, Managers, and team members in identifying the best procurement options and solutions.
- Monitor market trends and stay updated with industry developments to enhance purchasing strategies.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant industry regulations.

**Requirements**:

- 3-5 years of experience in procurement, preferably in the real estate or hospitality industry.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Punctual, flexible with work schedules, and willing to travel for site visits.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality, cost-effectiveness, and timely execution.
