**Job Description: Purchase Executive**

**Introduction to the Organization**

Virtuoso Optoelectronics Limited is OEM / ODM manufacturing Consumer Durable Appliances (Air conditioners, Water Heaters) and Lighting industry. We are ISO 9001 -2015 certified company catering to leading brands of Indian Industry. Our strength is in R&D, Supply Chain Management, World Class manufacturing with full backward integration. We follow best practices in the industry.

Currently we are in Heating and Cooling Products, Domestic and Industrial Lighting. More product portfolio is in pipe line

Presently we are operating through our four manufacturing locations around Nasik City and going add two manufacturing plants to cater increased customer demand.

**Responsibilities**:

- Developing, leading and executing purchasing strategies
- Tracking and reporting key functional metrics to reduce expenses and improve effectiveness
- Crafting negotiation strategies and closing deals with optimal terms.
- Develop, lead and execute purchasing strategies

- Partner with stakeholders to ensure clear requirements documentation
- Forecast price and market trends to identify changes of balance in buyer-supplier power
- Perform cost and scenario analysis, and benchmarking
- Assess, manage and mitigate risks
- Seek and partner with reliable vendors and suppliers
- Determine quantity and timing of deliveries
- Monitor and forecast upcoming levels of demand
- **Requirements and skills**:

- Minimum Graduation in Procurement/ supply chain management/ logistics / business administration
- Familiarity with sourcing and vendor management
- Interest in market dynamics along with business sense
- A knack for negotiation and networking
- Working experience of vendor management software
- Ability to gather and analyse data and to work with figures
- Solid judgement along with decision making skills
- Strong leadership capabilities
- Excellent communications and negotiation skills with suppliers and internal customers.
- Resourceful, self-driven, proactive and independent worker.
- Hardworking and meticulous with positive attitude.
- Possess good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good analytical skills.
- Able to work under stress in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in use of MS Office Applications (Words, Excel, Access) and ERP

**Job Location**:
In and around Nasik.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent
