Job description

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Self-starters with positive attitudes and high levels of motivation. Goal-oriented individuals and adept problem solvers, they work hard to ensure that they exceed objectives and constantly improve their methods.
- Work as per the PURCHASE PROCESS on the receipt of new orders.
- issuing of purchase orders to the suppliers and following up for the delivery.
- Quality check of the material read and issue of debit note if any to the supplier with intimation.
- Issuance of MRN STOCK TRANSFER as per the purchase process.
- Maintaining their data base of all suppliers vendors.
- Submission of supplier invoices to accounts dept. within the TAT with approvals from purchase manager.
- Deal with non supplied, under orders, over orders and damaged goods.
- Weekly and monthly reports as per the purchase PROCESS.
- should have good communication skills written and verbal,
- should be comfortable with excel, word and power point presentation skills.
