We are looking for a friendly and dedicated Hospitality Staff Trainer to join our team at Vasantt Group.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Guest Relations: Greet guests upon arrival and ensure a smooth check-in/check-out process. Address any

- Customer Service: Provide exceptional service to guests, ensuring all needs are met, including room

requests, reservations, and special accommodations.
- Room Preparation & Maintenance: Ensure rooms are clean, properly stocked, and meet guest

expectations before arrival. Assist housekeeping with guest requests or concerns regarding room

maintenance.
- Communication: Maintain clear communication with hotel staff and management to ensure an efficient

operation and seamless guest experience.
- Problem Solving: Resolve guest complaints or issues in a professional and timely manner. Ensure guest

satisfaction and follow up when necessary.
- Sales Support: Assist with upselling hotel services such as dining, spa services, or event hosting.
- Administrative Support: Assist with booking reservations, checking guest preferences, handling payments,

and preparing reports.
- Health & Safety: Ensure the safety and comfort of guests by adhering to hotel health and safety protocols.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Education: Hospitality-related degrees preferred.
- Experience: Prior experience in the hospitality industry is a plus, but not required. Training will be provided.
- Skills:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. o Strong problem-solving ability. o Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment. o Attention to detail and a focus on guest satisfaction. o
- Proficiency in basic computer software (e.g., Microsoft Office, hotel management software).
- Personality: Positive attitude, professional demeanor, and a passion for customer service.**Working Conditions**:

- Ability to work in shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Standing for long periods of time and occasional lifting (up to 25 pounds).
- Work in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.
