**Role Overview**

The IT Hardware Project Procurement Manager will be responsible for managing the end-to-end procurement cycle of IT hardware for infrastructure and project-based requirements. The role involves vendor evaluation, tendering, negotiations, compliance with organizational and statutory guidelines, and ensuring timely delivery of quality hardware for ongoing projects.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Plan, manage, and execute IT hardware procurement activities for large-scale projects.
- Identify hardware requirements in collaboration with IT project teams (servers, storage, networking equipment, desktops, laptops, security systems, etc.).
- Float RFIs/RFPs/RFQs and manage end-to-end tendering/bidding process.
- Evaluate vendor proposals, conduct technical & commercial negotiations, and finalize contracts.
- Ensure compliance with organizational procurement policies, audit requirements, and government regulations (if applicable).
- Establish and maintain vendor relationships, focusing on cost-effectiveness, quality, and timely delivery.
- Track procurement budgets, cost savings, and project spend.
- Monitor supplier performance, delivery schedules, warranties, and SLAs.
- Coordinate with finance, legal, and project teams for smooth procurement execution.
- Maintain proper documentation, asset tracking, and procurement MIS/reports.
- Support AMC renewals, warranty claims, and lifecycle management of IT hardware assets.

**Qualifications & Skills**
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (IT / Electronics / Computer Science) or Supply Chain / Business Administration.
- MBA in Operations / Supply Chain (preferred).
- 6-12 years of experience in IT hardware procurement, project procurement, or IT infrastructure sourcing.
- Strong knowledge of IT hardware categories (servers, networking, storage, end-user devices, security & surveillance systems).
- Experience in vendor management, RFP/RFQ process, contract management, and government procurement (e.g., GeM, tendering) is an advantage.
- Strong negotiation, cost optimization, and analytical skills.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
