- Acts as the brand ambassador in formatting job description prior posting the advertisements in the job portals

- **Project Specific Documentation - **Collects pre-employment document as identified by the recruiters (e.g. Payslip, Certificate of employment etc

**Qualifications**:

- Business or HR Degree or relevant qualification is ideal, but not essential
- Strong skills in Excel and Word

**Job specific experience**:

- Knowledge of HRIS tools (Oracle Recruit preferred), case management tools and exposure to a shared service center environment
- Possess initiative & drive, with strong desire to continuously improve process and deliver within agreed objective/ Service Level
- Previous experience in data entry and maintaining data integrity with confidential information
- Preparing documents following templates and instructions to ensure accuracy
- Previous experience in Oil & Gas Environment is added advantage
