Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Management Trainee role located in Gurgaon. The
Management Trainee
will engage in day-to-day tasks including conducting market research, managing projects, and supporting Company's initiatives. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful execution of marketing campaigns and projects. The
Management Trainee
will also take part in communication efforts to promote Psyche Panacea's services and programs.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Communication and Proposal Design

  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
  • Prior experience in a similar role is advantageous

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Content Creation & Management:

o Develop and create engaging content (blog posts, social media updates, newsletters, Flyers, Videos etc.) that highlights the company's services and industry expertise.

o Collaborate with the team to create informative and relevant content related to HR trends, Service offerings, Latest updates, Promotional flyer designs, Canva proposals, talent management, etc.

  1. Digital Marketing:

o Manage and optimize the company's website, ensuring it is up-to-date and aligned with marketing goals.

o Execute digital marketing campaigns including email marketing, PPC ads, and SEO strategies to drive traffic and generate leads.

o Track and analyze digital marketing metrics to assess the effectiveness of campaigns.

  1. Social Media Management:

o Develop and implement social media strategies across platforms like LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, and

Instagram.

o Monitor and engage with the HR and business community on social media to increase visibility and drive

brand awareness.

  1. Market Research:

o Conduct market research to understand customer needs, competitive landscape, and trends within the HR consulting industry.

o Use research findings to help the team develop targeted marketing initiatives and service offerings.

  1. Lead Generation & Client Relations:

o Assist in identifying potential clients and lead generation activities by creating marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, and case studies.

o Work closely with clients to follow up on leads, coordinate client presentations, and ensure smooth communication.

  1. Event Coordination:

o Support the organization and execution of events such as webinars, workshops, conferences, and networking events to promote the company's services and build relationships.

o Assist in event promotion, including email campaigns, social media posts, and outreach to potential attendees.

  1. Brand Development & Communication:

o Ensure consistent branding and messaging across all marketing channels.

o Collaborate with the HR team to highlight the company's unique value proposition and expertise in HR

consulting.

Qualifications:


• Education: Bachelor's/ Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.


• Experience: 1-2 years of experience in marketing, preferably in an HR consulting, recruitment, or service-based industry.

Skills:

o Strong written and verbal Business communication skills.

o CRM

o Proficiency in digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, HubSpot, etc.).

o Social media management experience

o knowledge of content creation. (AI Tools)

o Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

o Strong Negotiation skills
