**Role Description**

This is a full-time on-site role for a Digital Marketing Executive based in Surat. As a Digital Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for managing marketing campaigns, creating content for social media platforms, analyzing web analytics, and web content writing. You will also be involved in creating and implementing social media marketing strategies.

**Qualifications**:

- **Experience**: Minimum of 1-2 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing with a focus on Meta ads (Facebook and Instagram).
- **Skills**: Strong understanding of Meta ad platform features, audience targeting, and performance metrics. Proficiency in Meta Ads Manager and other relevant tools.
- **Analytical Abilities**: Ability to analyze data, derive actionable insights, and make data-driven decisions to improve campaign performance.
- **Creativity**: Experience in creating engaging ad content and visuals that drive user interaction and conversion.
- **Communication**: Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to effectively present and explain campaign results and strategies to stakeholders.
- **Adaptability**: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
