Banquet Sales Executive

Ø Maintain a regular pattern of sales calls.

Ø Negotiate terms pertinent to the sale of conference / banqueting services.

Ø Assist in the co-ordination of conference sales/promotional events and activities.

Ø Assist in the operation of banquet functions.

Ø Assist all sales offices to close the banquet requirements

Ø Liaise with Reservations for space allocation and priority.

Ø Liaise with the Graphic Department and Print Shop or external agencies to produce art work and printed material needed for the department.

Ø Solicits business and follow up on referrals and potential sales leads.

Ø Conduct recce for guests as and when they visit the resort.

Ø Coordinate with all departments to conduct discuss the event plan, finalizes the menu, rates and all other terms and conditions.

Ø Ensure that the contract is signed off by the client as well as the key department heads and circulated to all concerned.

Ø Function Plan and Action planto be circulated to all and any changes to be immediately highlighted and communicated.

Ø Ensures that Function Plans and Final Menus are signed by concerned departments.

Ø Ensures that all Mice functions are as per the SOP given by the company.

Ø Ensure that the overall sales target of the NR (non-residence events) are met.

Ø Feedback to be taken, post the event from the client/coordinator.

Ø Conference Banquet Diary to be updated and circulated to all concerned team members.

Ø Any concerns to be escalated to the concerned Manager.

Ø To ensure assigned banquet reports are sent on time.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
