**Responsibilities**:
1. Engage with customers over the phone in a friendly and professional manner.

2. Respond promptly to customer inquiries regarding detailing services, pricing, and appointment availability.

3. Provide accurate information about our detailing packages, products, and promotions.

4. Effectively communicate the benefits of our services to potential customers and encourage them to book appointments.

5. Assist customers in scheduling appointments that suit their needs and preferences.

6. Follow up with customers to confirm appointments and provide any necessary reminders.

7. Maintain a database of customer information and update records as needed.

8. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.

9. Meet or exceed sales targets and performance goals set by management.

10. Handle customer complaints or concerns with professionalism and empathy, escalating issues to management when necessary.

11. Keep abreast of industry trends and product knowledge to provide accurate and up-to-date information to customers.

12. Adhere to all company policies and procedures regarding customer service, sales, and confidentiality.

**Requirements**:
1. Proven experience in customer service or sales, preferably in a retail or automotive environment.

2. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

3. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers over the phone.

4. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

5. Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality.

7. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

8. High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in customer service or sales is a plus.
