We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior M365 OneDrive and SharePoint On-Premises Administrator to join our team..

As a Senior Administrator, you will be responsible for the design, implementation, maintenance, and support of our M365 OneDrive and SharePoint On-Premises environments across multiple locations. You will collaborate with cross-functional, geographically dispersed teams to ensure the optimal performance, security, and availability of these collaboration platforms.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Design and implement global M365 OneDrive and SharePoint On-Premises solutions based on business requirements, best practices, and industry standards.

2. Administer, configure, and customize M365 OneDrive and SharePoint On-Premises environments.

3. Manage user permissions, access controls and security settings to ensure data integrity and protection.

4. Monitor and optimize system performance, identifying and resolving any issues that may arise.

5. Collaborate with global stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical expertise and guidance on OneDrive and SharePoint capabilities.

6. Plan and execute migration projects from legacy systems to M365 OneDrive and SharePoint On-Premises, coordinating with teams across different regions.

7. Create and maintain documentation, including system architecture, configuration, and user guides, ensuring they are accessible and understandable for a global audience.

8. Train and support end users across different locations on M365 OneDrive and SharePoint functionality, features, and best practices.

9. Stay up to date with the latest industry trends and advancements in OneDrive and SharePoint technologies, recommending and implementing improvements as appropriate for global teams.

**Qualifications**:
1. Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field. Relevant certifications, such as Microsoft Certified: OneDrive and SharePoint Administrator, are a plus.

2. Proven experience as a M365 OneDrive and SharePoint On-Premises Administrator, with a focus on large-scale, global implementations and complex environments.

3. Strong knowledge of OneDrive configuration and customization options.

4. Proficiency in managing M365 OneDrive and SharePoint On-Premises security, permissions, and access controls.

5. Solid understanding of Active Directory integration, user authentication, and identity management within OneDrive and SharePoint.

6. Experience with PowerShell scripting for automation, system monitoring, and reporting.

7. Familiarity with SharePoint hybrid deployments and integration with Office 365 services.

8. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
