Job Purpose
- To Lead the Technical Delivery of the Vi consumer website (myvi.in) and also optimize, improve and monitor Digital Asset performance
- Role exists to partner with various business and technology teams to recognize business need. Work closely with Digital PDO, technology cross verticals, service partners to cater to business requirement pertaining myvi.in in an agreed timeline within the unshakable parameters of scope, quality and cost.
- To ensure a scalable and robust system architecture and business continuity to handle complex telcom Market scenarios, growth in volumes and regulatory dynamics. Will work closely with the Portfolio head & other leads to decide road map, strategy, and avenues to implement in this area.

Key Result Areas/Accountabilities
- Advises on and executes administrative activities against the operations plans, to enable the achievement of the Technology strategy;
- Supports the team to deliver appropriate actions to keep the system/service in good working order, preventing incidents from arising and restoring system/service to normal operation in line with objectives and KPIs;
- Executes the tasks and activities in line with the plan to ensure the effectiveness of the area;
- Supports the end-to-end projects that improve customer and employee satisfaction;
- Supports the team in automation and digitisation, capacity planning, analysing, reporting and investigating service performance metrics;
- Maintains relations with internal and external partners;
- Uses communication skills to exchange ideas and information in a concise and logical way to support the team priorities, resolve incidents and interface with 1st line teams and with suppliers on incident resolution;
- Performs other job-related duties or tasks defined by the supervisor or resulting from assigned agendas.

Core Competencies, Knowledge, Experience
- Experience of working with Digital Enterprises various capacities as portfolio manager, program manager, solution architect and knowledge of operations.
- Experience working in multi-vendor set up. Ability to build and sustain relationships with key stakeholders across service partner in multiple vendors. Clear, concise business communication style.
- Aware of current and new industry trends, technologies, and software development techniques - Agile, dev ops. Certifications around same will be preferable.
