Job Title: Sales Executive - Real Estate Projects

**Job Description**:
Join our dynamic team as a Sales Executive for our real estate projects in Mulund East location. We are seeking young, enthusiastic individuals who are passionate about sales and real estate.

**Responsibilities**:

- Sourcing of Channel partners to generate leads and schedule appointments.
- Conduct on-site sales activities for our real estate projects, engaging with potential clients and guiding them through the sales process.
- Perform CP (Cold Calling) to generate leads and schedule appointments.
- Efficiently manage client data, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Handle walk-in clients, providing them with information about the projects and addressing their queries.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and objectives.
- Work weekends and have one weekday off.
- Actively participate in sales meetings and training sessions to enhance skills and product knowledge.Requirements:

- Previous experience in sales, preferably in the real estate industry, is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Willingness to work on-site and engage with clients face-to-face.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Must be proactive, motivated, and goal-oriented.
- Fluency in English and local languages is preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
