**Job Title**: Senior Motion Graphic Designer
**Experience**: 5-6 Years

**Department**: Design / Creative
**Reports to**: Creative Director / Marketing Head

**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conceptualize, design, and produce high-quality motion graphics for marketing campaigns, product demos, explainer videos, and social media content.
- Collaborate with creative, marketing, and content teams to develop video concepts aligned with brand identity.
- Transform scripts and storyboards into compelling motion designs.
- Edit video footage and add effects/elements to enhance motion graphics.
- Maintain and follow brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all assets.
- Stay up-to-date with design trends, animation techniques, and software developments.
- Manage multiple projects and deliver within tight deadlines.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Animation, Visual Arts, Graphic Design, or related field.
- 5-6 years of experience in motion graphic design, preferably in a creative agency or marketing environment.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop).
- Knowledge of 2D/3D animation techniques; experience with tools like Cinema 4D or Blender is a plus.
- Strong visual storytelling and typography skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively.
- Good understanding of sound design and audio syncing.

**Preferred**:

- Experience in creating animated UI mockups, app/product walkthroughs, or interactive videos.
- Familiarity with video compression formats and optimizing for different platforms (web, mobile, social).
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS or video scripting tools is a bonus.

**Core Design & Motion Skills**:

- **Advanced Motion Design**: Strong skills in creating complex animations, transitions, and visual effects.

**Technical Proficiency**:

- **Adobe After Effects** - Expert-level proficiency
- **Adobe Premiere Pro** - Video editing
- **Adobe Illustrator** - Vector artwork for animation
- **Adobe Photoshop** - Image editing and composition
- **Cinema 4D / Blender** - (Optional) for 3D motion design
- **Adobe Audition** - Basic audio editing and syncing
- **Figma/Sketch/Adobe XD** - For UI animations/mockups (optional but valuable)

**Creative & Visual Skills**:

- Strong understanding of **visual storytelling**:

- Knowledge of **typography**, **color theory**, and **composition**:

- Ability to convert complex concepts into simple, engaging motion graphics
- Good **aesthetic sense** and **attention to detail**:

- **2D Animation**: Proficiency in animating characters, objects, typography, and infographics.
- **3D Animation (preferred)**: Working knowledge of tools like **Cinema 4D**, **Blender**, or **Element 3D**.
- **Video Editing**: Editing raw footage and integrating motion graphics using **Adobe Premiere Pro** or equivalent.
