Company DescriptionSTIR is an award-winning media house and curatorial agency in the fields of design, architecture, arts and the wider creative technologies.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role for a Motion Graphic Designer, located in Delhi, India. The Motion Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating engaging motion graphics for various media, including video production, graphic design, and motion graphics projects. The designer will work closely with the creative team to develop visual content and concepts to support STIR's diverse projects and initiatives.Produce consistent, in-brand videos and communications using Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, In Design, Premiere Pro)Create high-level brand-compliant videosCreate world-class output in newsletters, brochures, infographics, presentations, mailers, posters, event branding, standees, banners, etc.Prepare design plan, concept and layout for motion graphic project.Work on a written script and produce motion graphic videos and static communication based on itDesign and create enticing motion graphics for video deliverables (social media videos, website communication, emailer, print, etc.)Create and deliver motion graphics in various media including web, mobile, etcWork collaboratively with stakeholders and other team members to ideate, conceptualize and materialize ideas that simplify complex topicsBe proactive in identifying and initiating improvements to existing graphics material/templatesRequired QualificationsBachelor’s in communication design, animation, video production, graphic arts, or similar qualificationMinimum 1-2 years of experience working as a graphic/video designerKnowledge of graphic tools – Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, and In DesignExcellent coordination and organizing skillsStrong portfolio showcasing motion graphics and design workExcellent creative and conceptual thinking abilitiesAbility to work collaboratively and meet deadlinesExperience in Video Production
