**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Production Planning & Control**: Oversee production schedules and ensure adherence to timelines for efficient workflow.
- **Monitoring Order Aging**: Keep track of order progress and aging status to ensure timely completion.
- **Order Trend Analysis**: Analyze current order trends and release orders accordingly to optimize production.
- **Timely Delivery Monitoring**: Ensure orders are delivered as per the committed timelines.
- **Escalation Management**: Monitor delivery delays and escalate issues promptly to the relevant teams.
- **Effective Communication**: Maintain clear communication with various teams (sales, production, etc.) to ensure alignment.
- **Daily Reporting**: Provide regular updates and detailed reports on order progress, delays, and production schedules.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in production planning or PPC (Production Planning & Control) in a manufacturing or jewelry-related environment.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple orders and deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to troubleshoot and resolve production issues.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Experience in data analysis and generating reports.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
