Job Title: PPC Coordinator / Junior PPC Executive

Department: Production Planning & Control

Reports to: PPC Manager / Production Head

Key Responsibilities

  • Enter and update daily production data, job cards, and order details in ERP/Excel.
  • Maintain accurate records of raw material, WIP (work-in-progress), and finished goods.
  • Follow up with production, purchase, and stores departments to track order status.
  • Coordinate with the production team to ensure timely completion of jobs.
  • Assist in preparing daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules.
  • Generate MIS reports (order status, delays, inventory).
  • Escalate issues like material shortages or machine breakdowns to seniors.
  • Support PPC team in routine planning and administrative tasks.
  • Maintain proper documentation and filing related to production and dispatch.

Requirements

  • Graduate / Diploma (any stream, preferably in commerce, operations, or engineering).
  • 0–2 years of experience in production support / PPC / data entry roles.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Word; knowledge of ERP software preferred.
  • Good communication and coordination skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong follow-up ability.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15, ₹23,000.00 per month
