**About this role**
Gartner’s digital products team (CX Platforms) is a fast-growing product organization. Our mission is to ‘Create innovative products that leverage technology to address the needs of specific roles and/or market segments.’ We are looking for an impact-driven, self-motivated problem solver who can be part of the Product Operations function.

As a Product Ops Associate, you will gain exposure to work with Product managers to solve some of their most pressing strategic, business, and operational challenges.
**What you'll do**:
- Be flawless in process management that supports the growing user base, to effectively deliver multiple requests and demonstrate measurable business impact thereof
- Identify process improvement opportunities and work with your manager to structure problem statement using analytic approaches
- Provide inputs for streamlining processes around reducing turnaround time and enhancing process quality to the team
- Get involved in problem solving sessions and root cause identification
- Learn about Gartner, Lean Product Principles and other product frameworks/methodologies and actively participate in other knowledge sharing sessions
- Engage with stakeholders through targeted, crisp, and timely communication
- Uncover areas of opportunity to move operations and workflows to centralized processes
- Be a process champion by owning 1-2 key processes; maintain/ update process maps for all the team’s activities.
- Support document tagging and tagging automation initiatives.
- Participate in the problem-solving sessions to perform gap analyses of the existing processes and recommend action plans.
- Support ongoing enhancements to include automated metadata feed rules, data transformation and normalization, classification and enrichment, and search and discovery.
- Metadata analysis and classification; search engine optimization.
**What you’ll need**:
- Bachelor’s degree from a reputable institute in any discipline
- 1-2 years of experience working on process management, workflow management & multi-team coordination management
- Excellent stakeholder presence and ability to convey insights in a group meeting
- Exposure to Microsoft Suite - Excel, PowerPoint, Word
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal, written, and presentations).
- Extremely detail-oriented and organized.
- Curious and creative thinker with a deep hunger to learn and willingness to ask questions and develop individually and as a team.
- A good communicator - whether you’re providing suggestions/ideas within the group.
- Have strong work ethics, hardworking, set high goals for oneself, respond well to stretch roles, and do not shy away from taking extra responsibilities.
