Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

**Graphic Design**:

- Create visually appealing graphics, illustrations, logos, and other design elements for digital and print media.
- Develop brand identities, ensuring consistency across all platforms.
- Design marketing materials such as brochures, banners, advertisements, and social media graphics.

**UI/UX Design**:

- Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups.
- Collaborate with developers to ensure designs are implemented accurately and effectively.

**Collaboration & Communication**:

- Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and objectives.
- Present design concepts and ideas to team members and clients.
- Stay up-to-date with design trends, tools, and best practices.

**Qualifications**:
**Education**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, UI/UX Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.

**Experience**:

- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer and UI/UX Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your skills and projects.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD), Sketch, Figma, or similar.

**Skills**:

- Strong understanding of graphic design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.
- Excellent knowledge of user-centered design principles and best practices.
- Ability to create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Familiarity with motion graphics and video editing.
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process.
- Knowledge of accessibility standards and practices.
