We’re looking for a creative **UI Designer & Graphics Designer** who can design intuitive user interfaces and visually compelling graphics that engage users and elevate brand presence.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Create wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and design systems using tools like **Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch**.
- Develop **graphics, illustrations, icons, and marketing creatives** (social media, ads, banners, presentations).
- Collaborate with developers to ensure seamless implementation of designs.
- Conduct **user research & usability testing** to improve design effectiveness.
- Maintain brand consistency across all visuals and digital platforms.
- Stay updated with the latest **UI/UX trends, tools, and design guidelines**.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Fine Arts, or related field (preferred).
- **1-3 years of proven experience** as a UI/UX or Graphics Designer.
- Proficiency in **Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD), Sketch, or similar tools**.
- Strong understanding of **design systems, typography, color theory, and layout principles**.
- Knowledge of **HTML, CSS, and front-end principles** (bonus).
- A strong **portfolio** showcasing UI/UX projects and creative graphic design work.
- Ability to work in a **fast-paced, deadline-driven environment**.

**Nice to Have**
- Experience with **motion graphics, video editing, or 3D tools**.
- Knowledge of **branding and digital marketing creatives**.
- Familiarity with **Agile workflows and collaboration tools** (Jira, Trello, Slack, etc.).
