We are looking for a dedicated and customer-oriented Telecaller to join our team. The Telecaller will be responsible for reaching out to existing customers to take orders, attending to new customer inquiries, promoting our products, and maintaining accurate records in the system.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to existing customers to take orders and confirm product requirements.
- Attend to inbound inquiries from potential customers, providing information about our products and services.
- Persuade potential customers to purchase products by providing detailed information and benefits.
- Maintain a database of customer interactions, inquiries, and sales in the system.
- Follow up on customer orders, ensuring timely processing and delivery.
- Handle customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction by providing solutions promptly.
- Collaborate with the sales and production teams to ensure customer needs are met efficiently.
- Update customer information and orders in the system accurately and in a timely manner.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets set by the management.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to effectively communicate with customers.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business or related field is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Telecaller or similar customer service/sales role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in using MS Office and customer relationship management (CRM) software.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong persuasive skills and the ability to handle rejection gracefully.
- Good data entry and typing skills.
- Positive attitude and high level of commitment to customer satisfaction.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
