As a Telecaller at Pobo Technologies, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, answering inquiries, and promoting our products/services. You will play a key role in driving sales and ensuring customer satisfaction. A strong knowledge of CRM platforms, along with fluency in both Tamil and English, is required for this role.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers and explain products/services.
- Handle inbound calls and respond to customer queries in a professional and courteous manner.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update CRM platforms regularly.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets for calls, leads, and conversions.
- Upsell or cross-sell products/services as appropriate.
- Provide feedback to the team regarding customer needs, market trends, and product preferences.
- Follow up on leads and customer interactions to ensure effective follow-through.
- Assist in resolving customer complaints and providing timely solutions.
**Requirements**:
- 0-3 years of experience in a telecalling or customer service role.
- **Fluency in Tamil & English** (both verbal and written) is **mandatory**.
- Proficiency in CRM platforms and data entry is essential (experience with tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho is a plus).
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to listen carefully to customer concerns and respond with appropriate solutions.
- Ability to work towards sales targets and deadlines.
- A positive attitude, quick learner, and team-oriented approach.
**Preferred Skills**:
- Previous experience in sales, telemarketing, or customer service is preferred.
- Knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to handle rejection and remain persistent in achieving targets.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and customer-focused mindset.
