Head of Sales Marketing
- **POSITION OBJECTIVE**

Responsible for leading and executing the Sales and Marketing strategies for the specialty steel trading business. This role involves developing and implementing effective Sales and Marketing plans to achieve revenue targets, expanding market share & enhancing the organization’s brand presence in the industry.
- **KEY POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES**

**Key Responsibilities**

**1**. Sales Strategy and Execution:

- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets of the Company.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the steel trading market.
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through lead generation and prospecting.

**2**. Client Relationship Management:

- Cultivate and maintain relationships with key Customers.
- Address client inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.

**3**. Market Analysis and Intelligence:

- Stay abreast of industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities.
- Conduct regular market research to identify potential areas for business expansion.
- Analyze customer needs and preferences to tailor sales and marketing strategies.

**4**. Marketing Strategy and Promotion:

- Develop and implement effective marketing campaigns to promote the company's steel products.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling promotional materials.
- Utilize digital marketing channels to enhance the company's online presence.

**5**. Sales Reporting and Analysis:

- Prepare regular sales reports and performance analyses for management.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of sales strategies and adjust as needed.
- Provide insights and recommendations to improve overall sales performance.
- **QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS**

**Qualifications**

**Course**

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.

Mostly Preferable Mechanical Engineer or Automobile

**Experience**

Fresher OR 1 to 2 Years

Proven experience in Sales and Marketing within the steel trading industry.

- Proficient in using CRM software and other relevant sales and marketing tools.
- Strong understanding of steel products, market dynamics, and customer needs

- Strong understanding of traditional and emerging marketing channels.
- Analytical skills to forecast and identify trends and challenges.

Pay: ₹9,519.70 - ₹34,184.30 per month
