**Role Overview**:
**The Marketing Executive plays a pivotal role in driving the marketing strategies and initiatives of the organization. They are responsible for implementing various marketing campaigns, analyzing market trends, and contributing to the overall growth and success of the company's products or services. This role requires a blend of creativity, strategic thinking, and analytical skills to effectively reach target audiences and achieve marketing objectives.**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Campaign Management**:

- **Develop and execute marketing campaigns across multiple channels such as digital, social media, print, and events.**:

- **Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely delivery and execution of campaigns.**:

- **Monitor campaign performance and metrics to optimize strategies and achieve desired outcomes.**:

- **Market Research and Analysis**:

- **Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities.**:

- **Analyze data and insights to inform marketing strategies and decision-making.**:

- **Stay updated on industry developments and emerging trends to maintain a competitive edge.**:

- **Content Creation and Management**:

- **Collaborate with design and content teams to produce engaging and impactful marketing collateral.**:

- **Maintain consistency in brand messaging and ensure alignment with overall marketing objectives.**:

- **Lead Generation and Conversion**:

- **Generate leads through targeted marketing efforts and campaigns.**:

- **Nurture leads through the sales funnel to conversion, collaborating closely with sales teams.**:

- **Implement lead tracking and management systems to optimize conversion rates and ROI.**:

- **Relationship Management**:

- **Build and maintain relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders.**:

- **Collaborate with sales, customer service, and other teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.**:

- **Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.**:

- **Performance Reporting**:

- **Prepare regular reports on marketing activities, performance metrics, and ROI.**:

- **Present findings and recommendations to senior management for strategic decision-making.**:

- **Continuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing initiatives, making adjustments as needed.**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹19,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
