**Location: MG Road, Bengaluru**
**Working Hours: Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM**
**Salary**: Up to INR 40,000 per month (depending on experience and qualifications)

**Role Overview**: As an Office Clerk, you will be responsible for a wide range of administrative and clerical duties that are essential to our daily operations. You will support various departments and ensure that office procedures are followed efficiently. This role requires a proactive approach, excellent organizational skills, and a strong command of Microsoft Office Suite.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Mail Handling**:

- Sort and distribute incoming mail, packages, and deliveries to the appropriate recipients.
- Prepare outgoing mail and packages, including ensuring correct postage and addressing.
- Manage courier services and maintain records of incoming and outgoing correspondence.
- **Clerical Work**:

- Maintain and organize physical and digital filing systems, ensuring all documents are accurately categorized and easily retrievable.
- Perform data entry, update databases, and maintain accurate records.
- Copy, scan, and file documents as needed.
- Prepare and edit routine memos, reports, and other correspondence.
- Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks such as processing invoices and maintaining expense records, if required.
- Monitor and order office supplies, ensuring adequate stock levels.
- Assist in scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings.
- Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and handle general inquiries.
- Provide administrative support to other team members and departments as needed.
- **MS Office Proficiency**:

- Utilize Microsoft Word for document creation and formatting.
- Manage and analyze data using Microsoft Excel (spreadsheets, basic formulas).
- Create presentations using Microsoft PowerPoint, if required.

**Qualifications**:

- **Experience**:Minimum of 4 years**of proven experience as an Office Clerk or in a similar administrative role.
- **MS Office**: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- **Organizational Skills**: Exceptional organizational and time management skills with a keen eye for detail.
- **Communication**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- **Interpersonal Skills**: Ability to interact professionally and effectively with colleagues, clients, and visitors.
- **Proactive**: Self-motivated and able to work independently with mínimal supervision.
- **Immediate Joiner**: Ability to join immediately is highly preferred.
