**Job Overview**:Sova Health is seeking a highly motivated operations intern to help us during our trial program

You will be responsible for all operations related functions on our pilot Trial
Program.

1. Become the first point of contact for all users on the platform and the face of
Sova Health

2. Manage user onboarding, which includes **calling 100 users** and achieving a target of **20 slots booked **on nutritionists calendars **every day **(and incentives for exceeding your targets)

3. Create WhatsApp groups and assist the team of nutritionists in day-to-day operations

Because we are an early-stage startup and you are joining early in our journey, your roles and responsibilities will evolve accordingly.

**You have**:

- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Prior experience in tele-calling and onboarding users
- High attention to detail
- A good grasp of G-suite and especially Google Sheet

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent, Internship, Fresher
Contract length: 12 months

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
