**Title**:
Associate Attorney

Responsible for drafting, vetting & negotiating various domestic & international contracts/ agreement, tender etc.

Providing legal strategy/ advise/ opinions etc. Identify legal risks and devise mitigation strategy.

Conducting legal research, fact gathering, maintaining and updating files, monitoring case schedules and deadlines, or drafting correspondence. The skills required for this position are typically acquired through a law degree. 2-5 years of experience.
