**a. **Job Overview**

Annual plan for communication strategy. Works closely with centers and project heads to drive the communication and branding strategy of the organization.,

Managing the foundation’s daily social media footprint(Twitter, Facebook, Linkedin)

Managing the print media( invitation to media for covering our events, newspaper articles, editorials)

Coordinate webpage maintenance-ensure that new and consistent information(article links, stories and events) is posted regularly.
- Coordinate with all the project heads/coordinators to work on new stories and events at LRF.

Identify stories/best practices/and present them at relevant platforms.

Prepare written materials for public awareness campaigns. Maintain a range of publications to meet communications goals.
- In partnership with the coordinators or interns, create story boards for video productions in LRMF.
- Participate in research projects taken by LRMF.

Working directly with fundraising team (Executive Director)to develop and and implement online fundraising strategies.

Participate in writing proposals.

Manage the development, distribution and maintenance of all print and electronic collateral.(Annual Reports, brochuresn newsletter.)

Conduct a regular audit of website and communication material.

**b. **Organisational development**

Like all professional staff, the Branding and Communication Strategist must:

- Keep up-to-date with professional developments relevant to your work and attend appropriate training opportunities when approved by the reporting manager.
- Participate in project, team and Foundation meetings or workshops as applicable.
- Read and understand the Foundation’s Code of Conduct and comply with all Latika Roy Foundation policies, including those regarding child protection, supervision and appraisal, attendance and leaves.
- Observe full professional standards in working with children, families and staff, including the immediate reporting of any concerns regarding child protection issues.
- Carry out any further duties which may be requested by senior staff or the reporting manager which are in accordance with your professional skills.
