Job Title: - Assistant Marketing & Community Manager SOCIAL & Smoke House Deli

Location: Dehradun

Department: -Marketing

Reporting to: -Senior Marketing Manager-North

Experience: 2-3years

KRAs (KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREAS)

Planning, developing and directing marketing efforts for all Impresario brands to reach vital customer segmentsfor respective brands.

Marketing and Communication:

- Implement, monitor, and evaluate marketing communication strategy, including advertisements, promotions andpublic relations to support the marketing objectives and maximize positive exposure in local markets.
- Event Calendar: o Plan, execute and maintain local marketing/event calendars and promotional strategies to meet organizational objectives.i.e., responsible for executing and achieving targets for all initiatives decided by the organization. Work on the 30-60-90 days plan and send in the timelyplans and reports. o Effectively implement all activations in the territory with operations team and vendors.
- Public Relations: o Coordinate with Internal PR team and the local PR agency to amplify marketing efforts andensure maximum press coverage.
- Copywriting and Designing: o Create briefs for copywriters and designers and coordinate execution. o As custodian of the brands ensure that the all communication material used across all advertising, promotions, marketing, social media presence stays true to the essence of thebrand.
- Social Media: o Coordinate with the Social Media team to ensure that all campaigns are effectively promotedand tracked.
- Research and competition analysis: o Conducting online and on ground research to better understand consumer habits. Competitiontracking and price analysis. Positioning our offerings/brand basis consumer and competition understanding.
- Collaborations and tie-ups:

- Tie-up and collaborate with likeminded brands, communities, events. Tie-ups with shows,movies and influencers for pop culture placements.
- Crisis management: o Support marketing director to manage crisis management and local media relations.

New Outlet Launches and growth of existing outlets:

- Strategize and create the launch plan for new outlets and sustenance plans for older outlets in coordination with culture and creative teams.
- Coordinate with PR Agency to achieve frequent, timely and positive media coverage.
- Oversee all launch efforts and track results.

Revenue:

- Responsible for local marketing budget and ROI
- Help monitor sales and increase sales through various customer engaging campaigns
- Negotiate commercial proposals to guarantee that gross margins meet business needs

Workspace at Social:

- Create and execute Work Space related campaigns and evolve Social’s presence in the Startup

Ecosystem
- Participate in the conceptualization and organization of primary and secondary tentpole and new events/ properties to be rolled, together with Culture Team, Unit Managers (operation team) and DigitalMarketing

Reports:

- Regular event reports
- Monthly Marketing report with achievements on the above KRAs.
- 30-60-90 days plan.

**Salary**: ₹400,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
