You will work closely with our marketing team to develop and execute online advertising campaigns on the Google Ads platform. **Key Responsibilities**:

- Create, manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns to drive traffic, conversions, and revenue.
- Conduct keyword research, develop ad copy, and build campaigns and ad groups.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and provide recommendations for optimization.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align advertising efforts with overall marketing strategies.
- Identify and implement new advertising opportunities to increase ROI.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and Google Ads updates.
- Assist in the creation of ad creatives and landing pages.
- Report on campaign performance to stakeholders, and make data-driven recommendations for future improvements.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Passion for digital marketing and eagerness to learn.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
- Knowledge of SEO, SEM, PPC, and digital marketing best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Google Ads certification is a plus.
