**Responsibilities**:

- Design engaging training materials, presentations, and handouts to facilitate effective learning experiences.
- Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and techniques in digital marketing and incorporate them into training programs.
- Conduct training needs assessments and identify skill gaps to customize training programs accordingly.
- Provide individual coaching and mentoring to trainees, addressing their specific learning needs and challenges.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments, surveys, and feedback, and make necessary improvements.
- Collaborate with the team to develop digital marketing training strategies aligned with organizational goals and objectives.
- Assist in the recruitment and selection of digital marketing trainees when required.
- Stay up to date with industry developments, emerging technologies, and best practices in digital marketing, and share relevant insights and knowledge with trainees.
- Maintain training records, attendance, and other relevant documentation.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field. A relevant certification in digital marketing will be an advantage.
- Proven work experience as a digital marketer or in a similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of various digital marketing channels, tools, and strategies.
- Excellent presentation and facilitation skills with the ability to effectively communicate complex topics to diverse audiences.
- Demonstrated experience in developing and delivering training programs, workshops, or seminars.
- Up to date with the latest digital marketing trends, technologies, and best practices.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as in a team environment.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Dehra Dun, Uttarakhand: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Digital marketing: 1 year (preferred)
