Position: Architectural Draftsman

**Location**: CBD Belapur, Navi Mumbai
**Salary**: ₹25,000 - ₹50,000 per month
**Experience**: 3-7 years
**Specialization**: Residential buildings (villas & bungalows) working drawings mandatory
**Software**: AutoCAD proficiency required (Revit/BIM a plus)

**Key Responsibilities**
- Transform architectural sketches and specifications into precise working drawings, including floor plans, elevations, sections, and details.
- Ensure drawings comply with residential building codes, structural and material standards. Interview Questions

- Maintain organized documentation for all drawing revisions, version control, and archiving.
- Assist in preparing bills of quantities or material lists when required.
- Stay current with the latest CAD workflows and building industry standards.

**Qualifications & Skills**
