**Job Title**: ASM / DGM / TL - Sales

**Work Location**: Dubai/Abu Dhabi/Doha

**Preferred**: 6 months to 5 years of real estate/financial instruments sales experience

**Education**:Bachelors**/**Master’s Degree in any field. Preferably in business management.

**Responsibilities**:

- Organize, Plan and Implement (real-estate) project specific sales.
- Discuss and follow-up on opportunities with prospective buyers.
- Coordinate site visit with prospective buyers and enable deal closure.
- Handle daily operations including internal company CRM tools.
- Take ownership and initiative to hone up real estate knowledge and stay up-to-date with rules & regulations in the real estate market.
- Maintain cordial relationships with Prospective buyers and other customers of the company.
- Generate, qualify leads and prospect for new business.
- Source and develop client referrals.

**Salary**: ₹1,100,000.00 - ₹2,200,000.00 per year
