**Key Responsibilities**:

- Create, optimize, and manage product listings on Amazon (titles, descriptions, keywords, bullet points, images)
- Monitor and process daily orders, ensuring accurate order flow and status updates
- Respond to customer queries, reviews, and concerns through Amazon Seller Central
- Collaborate with logistics partners to ensure timely dispatch and delivery
- Manage returns, replacements, and customer escalations professionally
- Track inventory and ensure stock levels are accurate and updated regularly
- Handle Amazon claims, order defects, and account health metrics
- Coordinate with the design/content team for listing banners and A+ content
- Maintain detailed reporting of listings, order tracking, and seller performance

**Requirements**:

- 6 months to 1 year experience in Amazon Seller Central operations
- Strong understanding of e-commerce workflows and logistics coordination
- Basic Excel/Google Sheets skills for tracking and reporting
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to handle tasks independently and manage multiple listings/orders efficiently
- Knowledge of return handling, shipping policies, and dispatch operations
