This is a full-time role for an e-commerce expert, located in India. The e-commerce expert will be responsible for managing online sales platforms, analyzing sales data, overseeing customer service, and coordinating with other teams to optimize revenue growth. Daily tasks will include updating product listings, monitoring competitive pricing, responding to customer inquiries, and strategizing to improve the overall customer experience on our e-commerce platforms.
