Company Overview PincodeKart is a fast-growing e-commerce marketplace revolutionizing retail by connecting manufacturers retailers and customers across India We are seeking a Meta Ads Specialist to manage and scale high-performing ad campaigns to drive leads conversions and ROI We are looking for a results-driven Meta Ads Expert who can plan execute and optimize Facebook Ads Instagram Ads and Meta Business Suite campaigns The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of running successful paid social media campaigns and achieving measurable growth Key Responsibilities Create manage and optimize Meta Facebook Instagram ad campaigns for lead generation and sales Develop and implement data-driven advertising strategies to maximize ROI Conduct audience research A B testing and ad performance analysis Monitor budgets track KPIs and prepare detailed performance reports Collaborate with the creative team to design high-converting ad creatives and copy Stay updated with the latest Meta Ads trends policies and best practices Requirements Minimum 2 years of proven experience in managing Meta Ads Facebook Instagram Strong understanding of Facebook Ads Manager Meta Business Suite and pixel tracking Expertise in campaign optimization retargeting and lookalike audience strategies Ability to analyze metrics generate reports and improve conversion rates Good communication skills and a results-oriented mindset Preferred Skills Experience with e-commerce campaigns Knowledge of Google Ads PPC or other paid advertising platforms a plus Strong analytical skills and proficiency with Excel Google Sheets Job Type Full-time Pay 300 000 00 - 550 000 00 per year Benefits Paid sick time Paid time off Provident Fund Work Location In person
