Bpo Sales Representative

**Key Responsibilities**:
Conduct outbound cold calls to prospective clients to generate leads and opportunities.
Present and promote the company’s BPO services effectively over the phone.
Qualify leads and schedule appointments or product demonstrations for further engagement.
Maintain a high volume of calls and follow-up communications.
Build and nurture relationships with potential clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales quotas.
Accurately document and update client information and interactions in the CRM system.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to refine sales strategies and outreach methods.
Stay updated on the company's products, services, and market trends to provide accurate information to clients.
**Qualifications**:
Minimum 1 year of experience in cold calling and sales, preferably in a BPO environment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
Ability to handle rejection and remain positive.
Excellent time management and organizational skills.
Familiarity with CRM tools and sales tracking software is a plus.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
