**SUMMARY**:
**ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS**:

- Ensure availability and stability of Custom Applications production environments.
- Install, configure, monitor and troubleshoot Windows Servers, IIS, Scheduled Tasks, and Services.
- Install patches and updates as appropriate on production, development, test environments and staging environments.
- Work with database administrators and the technical group to resolve issues and identify optimal solutions.
- Must be well versed with tickets handling and day-to-day tasks and issues prioritization.
- Work with business analysts and developers to resolve issues.
- Provide technical input for and assist in the maintenance of departmental documentation relating to the environment.
- Maintain the security and confidentiality of information accessible on managed systems.
- Work with analysts to monitor, manage and resolve any incoming helpdesk calls that pertain to the Middleware systems.

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Experience in installing and configuring Windows Server Roles, Features, and IIS Components.
- Working knowledge of development tools Bitbucket, Jenkins, FTP/SFTP
- Well versed with Oracle Database Server and Linux OS
- Tomcat and SharePoint knowledge would be good addition.
- Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skill with both technical and end user levels.
- Excellent organizational and prioritization skills
- Ability to manage shifting priorities and workloads.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Detail oriented, able to multitask and meet deadlines.

**EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE**:

- Degree holder in Engineering (B.Tech/B.E.)/MBA/MCA or equivalent.
- 8+ years of experience as a IIS/Windows Administrator in an Enterprise-wide environment is a must have requirement.
- Experience with automation tools (Jenkins) and scripting
- Knowledge of industry standards, trends, and general business processes

**Salary**: Up to ₹2,000,000.00 per year
