IT Application Administrator

**Responsibilities**:
- Manage documentation for onboard new project engagements onto the platform, and offboard project engagements from the platform, archiving or preserving deliverables as specified
- Identify recurring issues and identify problem resolution approaches in collaboration with IT Operations, Cloud Engineers, and business experts
- Support development and testing of automation scripts for streamlining onboarding and offboarding procedures
- Develop and support automation scripts to define, configure, and manage cloud-based resources utilizing tools such as Terraform.
- Manage automation script code in a code repository such as GitHub.
- Work with the core Incident Response Team and assist with any tasks associated with the investigation or remediation of security incidents
- Assist with documentation of systems, configurations, and operating procedures.
- Work with internal IT Application, Infrastructure, Support, and Network teams.
**Job Requirements**:
- BE (In Electronics or Computers) or equivalent. Post Graduate degree will be a plus point
- A minimum of 1-year of experience with a cloud platform such as Google Cloud Platform GCP,AWS, Microsoft Azure and data and analytics platforms, and tools such as Dataiku, Snowflake, and Tableau
- Knowledge of Python scripting / programming
- Familiarity with Linux operating system in an enterprise
- Excellent written / verbal communication skills and interpersonal skills.
- Highly motivated with an exceptional work ethic, should be passionate about learning new technologies and desire to work cooperatively with team members and client professionals
