**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct engaging and interactive Spoken English training sessions for students, focusing on improving their speaking, listening, and communication skills.
- Develop and deliver lesson plans, course materials, and assessments tailored to the learning needs of students.
- Provide constructive feedback to students to help them improve their pronunciation, fluency, vocabulary, and overall confidence in English communication.
- Organize and conduct group discussions, role plays, and other practical activities to enhance learning outcomes.
- Monitor and evaluate students’ progress, maintaining accurate records and reports.
- Adapt teaching methods and materials to meet the diverse needs of learners.
- Stay updated with modern teaching methodologies and incorporate them into the training process.

**Qualifications and Requirements**:

- A bachelor’s degree in English, Education, or a related field.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in teaching Spoken English or related training roles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong command of the English language, with clear pronunciation and fluency.
- Ability to create a positive and motivating learning environment.
- Familiarity with digital teaching tools and platforms is an advantage.
