**Full job description**

As a Spoken English Trainer at G-Tec Kannur, you will play an important part in assisting our clients in developing their English communication skills efficiently. You will be responsible for delivering engaging and interactive training sessions that are targeted to our participants' individual needs. Your enthusiasm for teaching and experience with English language education will help our training programmes succeed.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct spoken English training sessions for individuals and groups, focusing on improving speaking, listening, reading, and writing skills.
- Develop customized lesson plans and teaching materials based on learners' proficiency levels and learning objectives.
- Utilize a variety of instructional techniques and resources to create dynamic and engaging learning experiences.
- Provide constructive feedback and guidance to learners to help them overcome challenges and improve their language proficiency.
- Monitor progress and assess learners' performance through regular evaluations and assessments.
- Collaborate with colleagues to continually improve the effectiveness of our training programmes and curriculum.
- Stay current with industry changes and best practices in language teaching methods.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in English, Linguistics, Education, or a related field. Proven experience as a Spoken English Trainer or language instructor. Strong command of the English language, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to interact effectively with learners from diverse backgrounds and cultures. Passion for teaching and helping others succeed.
- Proficiency in using technology for instructional purposes.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
