- Encourage students to practice speaking English confidently.
- Maintain records of student performance and attendance.
- Adapt teaching methods to suit different learning styles.

**Requirements**:

- Fluency in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Prior experience in teaching spoken English or a related field (preferred).
- Strong interpersonal skills and patience in handling students.
- Ability to create engaging and interactive learning experiences.
- Bachelor's degree in English, Education, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
