**Roles and Responsibilities**
Handling Customer Queries from US Customers related to new reservations, cancellations, exchanges etc.
- Follow ups with customers and clients for existing reservations.
- Meeting monthly performance metrics.
- Up selling - seats/ extra baggage space, hotel/ car services/ travel insurance etc.
- 1 year + experience in international Travel Process.
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience of handling customer queries.
- Sabre GDS experience is must.
