Job Description | Customer Service Executive

As a Customer Service Executive at Fibe, you will be the first point of contact for our customers. Your role will involve handling queries, resolving issues, and providing a seamless customer experience across calls, emails, and chats.

Responsibilities:

Requirements:

  • • Graduate (any stream)
  • • Freshers are welcome; prior customer service experience is an advantage
  • • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • • Problem-solving attitude and customer-first approach
