Job Description | Customer Service Executive
As a Customer Service Executive at Fibe, you will be the first point of contact for our customers. Your role will involve handling queries, resolving issues, and providing a seamless customer experience across calls, emails, and chats.
Responsibilities:
- • Respond to customer queries in a professional and timely manner
- • Provide accurate information about products and services
- • Resolve customer issues with empathy and efficiency
- • Maintain records of customer interactions and feedback
- • Collaborate with the team to improve customer satisfaction
Requirements:
- • Graduate (any stream)
- • Freshers are welcome; prior customer service experience is an advantage
- • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- • Problem-solving attitude and customer-first approach
