**Your role**
- It will be an exciting period which you spend Industrial Training within the Compliance & Operational Risk Control Risk & Finance Assurance team, testing controls, and gaining an insight into the complex structures, operating layers, and divisions within UBS. You will focus on the in depth understanding of the processes and controls as well as confirming if they are effective and mitigate associated risks. You will be part of a multinational team, supported by highly motivated and knowledgeable colleagues to make an impact with your work.
- Key tasks will include:

- 1. To participate in / complete required new joiners and mandatory trainings
- 2. Perform Operating Effectiveness (OE) testing as per the defined Testing Approach
- 3. To contribute to the status reporting in a timely manner
- 4. Address and clear any review points raised through Quality Assurance (QA) review in a timely manner
- 5. Escalate any potential testing issues / exceptions to appropriate teams
- 6. Participate in weekly/monthly progress meetings and contribute to discussions around control issues and fails (if any)

- You’ll be working in Compliance & Operational Risk Control Risk & Finance Assurance team in India. C&ORC R&F Assurance is part of Group Compliance & Regulatory Governance (GCRG) COO function that provides an independent assessment of the design and operating effectiveness of management controls.
